The construction restrictions and building regulations of this residential area are the main reasons for the monolithic structure. The form of the building, as well as building materials [beton brut, untreated wood] create a rough structure, which is the continuation of the natural environment characterised mostly from strong soil inclinations and rocky areas. The building consists of three ground floor residences with underground storage room. The living room and bedrooms are located at the front part of the residence, while the kitchen and bathroom are at the rear. Thus, the large openings on the northeast facade offer rich views out into the natural surroundings, so each window frames the view, forcing the user to focus on the details.
